At Arion Signage, we strive to provide the best digital signage solutions for our customers. To ensure smooth operations and fair usage, our cancellation policy is outlined below:
Once ad space is booked and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. This policy is in place to maintain the integrity of our scheduling system and to ensure all clients receive their allotted advertising time without disruptions.
In exceptional circumstances where a client must request a cancellation, such requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Clients must submit an emergency cancellation request in writing to our support team at info@techarion.com. Please include the reason for the cancellation and any supporting documentation.
If an emergency cancellation is approved, the refund process will be handled manually. Our team will work with you to determine the appropriate refund amount based on the remaining ad time. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of the approval of the cancellation request. Refunds will be issued through the original payment method or another agreed-upon method.
No refunds will be issued for ad space that has already been utilized. Once your ad has been displayed on our screens, the service is considered rendered, and no cancellations or refunds will be processed.
While cancellations are generally not permitted, clients may request to reschedule their ad to a different date. Such requests will be accommodated based on screen availability and at the discretion of Arion Signage. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to the originally scheduled ad display time.
