We may also record and collect information on your activities within the techarion console during your trial period. This is done for our application quality audit that helps us serve you better. Rest assured, this temporary data collection will exclude all personal login information like usernames & passwords. It will also exclude any activity or scene that can potentially reveal your brand strategies, internal communications, or individual identities. This information collection will be conducted ONLY during your trial period. Once you upgrade to a paid plan, all your activities on the techarion console will be private to you.
User generated data from inactive or deleted accounts will be retained by techarion for a period of one year, after which the data will be automatically deleted from the system. However, if a user requests data deletion, techarion will comply with the request as outlined in the next section.
If a user wishes to have their data removed from the techarion database, they may request it by contacting the techarion support team. Once a request has been received, the support team will manually remove the user's data from the techarion database within 30 days.
techarion may retain user's data beyond the one-year retention period for legal and regulatory reasons or to comply with contractual obligations. In such cases, we will take appropriate measures to ensure the security and confidentiality of the data.

Published presentations may be indexed by search engines. Except as set forth in the preceding sentences, the presentations and other information that you post on the Site will not be shared with third parties except for those individuals that you designate as part of your shared distribution list.
